Canadian Postal Strike,is mail still going through?

Does anyone know if Canada can still recieve mail even though there is a rotating strike?  I have to send my sponsorship and PR applications to Mississauga Ontario from the US  before my husbands FBI clearance expires,the 3 months will be up on June 19th..
Any help please!

For now the strike is only affecting two cities at a time and most are only on a 24 hour strike. Mail is still getting through but only at a bit of a slower pace. Courier the mail to Mississauga and track it. You should be fine.

Here is Mississauga's courier address:
2 Robert Speck Parkway,

Mississauga, ON

Then Mississauga will send it by courier to Buffalo. You can make it.
