Read the passport application form again!

The last paragraph of the "Declaration of Guarantor" section says the following 'If you have not known an eligible guarantor for at least two (2) years, complete a "Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor" form PPTC 132, available from any Canadian government office that provides passport services. This form must be completed at your expense before a person authorized by law to administer an oath or solemn affirmation. This may delay the processing time of the passport.'

You need to provide the information with respect to two (2) persons who are neither your relatives nor your guarantor and who have known you for at least two (2) years. They may be contacted to confirm your identity.

They are referees (not referrals)!  Grin

It does not say that the 2 persons have to be known you after you move to KSA.  It could be people (not relatives) who knows you before you move to KSA.

I think referees can be any non-relative people living in this planet who knows you at least 2 years.

True, but if the referees are not in the country where you are applying for a new passport, and Canada decides to call them to check on your identity, it will take longer to issue you the new passport.  This was explained to me in Canada, so I changed my Costa Rica referees to two Canadian ones.

2005.  You should have received a letter attached to your citizenship card and the letter has a date on the top right hand side.

What about the certificate number?? ... Is it the number on the citizenship card in red???

It also asks for the address of permanent residence. I now reside in Saudi after marriage. Should I put down my last address in Canada is it?? M still registered to dat address and have family living to the sMe address. Reply soon.
