Little confused reading over various blogs on the subject. I have read where some people have stated that they sent the applications to sponsor  their spouses, to various Canadian Embassies in Asia.
Can I send both are applications to the Manila Embassy or do I need to send all the paper work to Ontario? OMG I forgot how overwhelming all this nonsense can be! Shocked

if u are applying outland, send the entire application to Case Processing Centre in Mississauga. please refer to cic.gc.ca website so that u get reliable info Smiley

Regular Mail :

Sponsorship:  (Type of sponsorship*)
 Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga
    P.O. Box 3000, Station A
      Mississauga, Ontario
           L5A 4N6

Courier Mail:  (no public drop-offs) ( sending mail by courier won't aceept a P.O. Box address )

2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8


Sending by courier is safer coz you can track it to check if it reach its destination...
