Hello Sir/Madam,

I want to apply for canadian Immigration in Skilled worker category and I have few qeries regarding that, which are as follows:

Can I deposit only my Application Processing fee at the moment and deposit my dependents Application fee afterwards or after some time period

After how much time of submitting my application I would come to know about my status of Immigration.

Would my dependents be eligible for Immigration if there is a gap of 1 or more than 2 years between secondary and post secondary education.

EDUCATION    MASTER 16 YEARS   L.L.B 2YEARS  TOTAL 18 YEARS                   POINTS  25
SPOUSE EDUCATION    MASTER 16 YEARS   L.L.B 2YEARS  TOTAL 18 YEARS    POINTS  5
SPONSERSHIP                5 POINTS
WORK EXPERIENCE     37 YEARS EXPERIENCE       21 POINTS

If my IELTS would be waived as I have served Government of Pakistan for 37 years and has worked on senior positions.

Would I be eligible for immigtration if my points are not 67 as result of IELTS is awaited

Kindly respond to my queries as soon as possible.

Thank You in Advance !!

1.  You have to pay the fees for all accompanying relatives at the same time.
2.  Depends on your country of residence, but about 12 months.
3.  Your dependent children have to be either under 22 at the date of the application or if over 22 must have attended school full time prior to 22 and continue in school after 22 full time until the visa is issued.
4.  You know you have to have either a job offer in Canada or at least 1 years experience in the past 10 on the list of eligible occupations ? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list  You have a degree LLB, if your experience is as a lawyer, it isn't on the eligible list.
5.  IELT is not waived for anyone.
6.  Less than 67 points is a refusal.
7.  It would appear that you may have difficulty reaching 67 points.  With 37 years experience, I assume that you are over 54.  So 0 points for age.
8.  So the minimum would be 14 points on the IELTs.

You should declare your spouse and children in your application if you will accompany them to Canada or sponsor them in a later date or time. You also should pay their corresponding application fee along with your application. If you will not do these, you cannot sponsor them or get them to come to Canada as immigrants.

IELTS (General Training) is a mandatory requirement in your initial application. You should include it with your package upon submission. NO IELTS means incomplete application equals REJECTION. Even if you have used the English language all your life or was born in an English-speaking country, you will not have a special privilege of your English profiency test being waived.

Yes, you can have 2 different currencies as POF, or even only in Peso (local currency).

Check what's indicated in the Document Checklist form regarding the documents (IMM 5612E).

Should be Originals:
1. IELTS results
2. Birth and marriage certificates (from NSO)
3. Employment Certificates
4. Transcript of Records (certified copy from school - seal stamped)
5. Police Clearance Certificates (NBI)

No need for High School And Elementary Diploma Kabayan.

For Diplomas, just send a notarized photocopy.
