Thanks very much Nectar once again for starting this thread. I am a June 2007 applicant done with medicals in October 2010 waiting for PPR.Since January 2011 (as per the email replies from London)my file is awaiting for a review by an IO.At many forums I have seen that people usually get PPR within or after one month after receiving this reply. Have you got any idea why my PPR is getting delayed? One more question,a new trend has been seen by London Office recently and it has started requesting updated PCC from current country of residence from some applicants whereas are granted PPR without it(though I was not asked for one),plz post some details about this issue as well. Thanks |

A badly needed thread for this forum!
Mine is Innitial application submitted on July 2008 job code 0611
Case transfered to NS Sydny on September 2008
Got AEO and submitted May 2009
Online Status Case "In-process" transferred to CHC London in October 2010
No hope from consultants as CIC is not replying to any query.
An advise from the the seniors would be highly welcom.
Crossed my fingers!!!

Dear mrprice, The request for updated PCC from your current country of residence is not a trend from CHC London but depends on PR application progression & composition. As the CIC's LBO is closely working with local security agencies/UK Home Office and if the security checks on your PR application have been done recently therefore there is good chance that you will be asked to submit PHEP without updated PCC provided that the UK is your country of residence since you submitted your supporting documents to CHC London. i am 2007 app but sent ful doc with aeo in oct 2009,
1. wether i am in fast trac or old 2007 app. last add doc i sent in july 2010
2. when should i expect mr, where as i am getting no response of any enuiry sent to chc london

Yes you are right, I have apllied as Marketing & Sales Manager under the NOC was 0611 from Pakistan.
