Has any one registered with CIIP recently and attended their counselling session in New Delhi? Is it helpful?

Please share your experience (if you have it).

Best wishes,

hello Everyone,

Those interested in registering for CIIP session for New Delhi / Gurgaon or Mumbai , pls register ASAP.

The dates are as below :

March 22nd 2012, New Delhi

March 27th 2012, Chandigarh

April 10th 2012, Mumbai

The format of the CIIP sessions is as below:
1. Group Orientation Session: 1 full day, Start time 8:45am to 5:00pm. An overview of Canada, the current economic situation, overview of Canadian provinces and regions, understanding destination and occupation options, challenges facing newcomers in finding jobs, solutions to those problems, writing a Canadian resume, taking a Canadian interview.

2. My Action Plan Session (MAP Session): 1-2 hours, one or two days following the Group Orientation Session. The MAP Session is a personalized one-to-one session with a CIIP Orientation Officer, where you will develop an action plan, and receive direct referrals to Canadian organisations that assist immigrants. MAP Session timings will be determined in the Group Orientation Session

Those applying need to send to the following:

"In order to attend the session, please send us your resume and a copy  of your Canadian visa or the letter from the High Commission asking you to complete your medicals (if you haven't sent us yet). These should be sent for each person attending."

Thanks & Regards,
