I am a new graduate and will soon be eligible under the Canadian Experience Class. I have been working for slightly more than 12 months. My manager will be providing me with a signed work reference letter but it so happens that my manager has also applied for his immigration status under the Canadian Experience Class few months ago. Should this affect my application in any way? Is there a certain conflict of interest?
