Hi, According to me I can't say a definite answer to your question 'Canadian English' because, Canadian's have lot of different accents while talking English. It depends which their origin. Generally the English spoken in Canada is intelligible for me.

Born in Vancouver, I can say that there is a big difference in accents between the two coasts.  Newfie's sound very "Irish" to me.
