Hi,
I am starting this new post to share the time lines for May 11, 2012 test held at Glen Erin location in Mississauga, did anyone receive the letter for Oath or test result?

I don't think anyone would receive the "test result". Hi,

Ashezz- I aslo appeared for Citizenship test on May 11 @ Glen Erin. So far i did not receive anything from CIC.

Hi p56208 Thanks for sharing, I will appreciate if you can update/share when you hear anything from CIC. Ashezz- I aslo appeared for Citizenship test on May 11 @ Glen Erin. So far i did not receive anything from CIC.

I wrote my test on May 1st in Mississauga and currently waiting for updates as well. Judging from the trend I'm seeing in other posts, those who wrote their tests in May will be scheduled for oath-taking ceremony in August. That is, if no RQ is received and didn't fail the test. Still hoping though that processing would speed up and will receive the notice within the promised timeline of eight weeks or less after test date. God-willing!!!  |

nothing so far. did any one tried to call cic? but according to other post it seems like they are still processing end of march & april applicants

We appeared for our test on May8th 2012 at Mississauga office and haven't heard anything from CIC after the test.

Thanks for replying mike2012 and PR2008.
They did say during the test that we will receive a notice for the oath-taking ceremony in 8 weeks or less if all goes well. And since I wrote mine on May 1st, that would make June 26th to be the 8th week.
Let's continue to keep everyone in this thread updated.

Test on May 23rd at Glen Erin. Same thing, I was told 2-8 weeks and of course no response so far I've seen people who took the test in February still waiting.

Same here.  No updates in ecas and nothing from the mail. June 26th was exactly the 8th week from the day I wrote my test. From the other thread, it looks like the remaining ones who are still on the waiting list wrote their tests the last week of March. |

I called them this morning and she said there was nothing on the system yet and I should not call again unless I don't hear anything within 6 MONTHS from the test. But I will keep calling at least once per month.
