I have been reading internet sites for days about CAIPS notes and how to order them.  I now consider myself well versed on the process, except I'm utterly confused.  One website said you CAN order CAIPS notes if you are a citizen residing outside of Canada.  Another said, you must get someone who is a Canadian citizen in Canada to file it for you, using the waiver form.  So, which is it?  I am a Canadian citizen, but living outside Canada until my husband's PR is aprooved.  If I photocopy my passport, fill out the forms and mail it directly to them is that okay?  Has anyone here done this?  I think the issue is there are so many other wesbites, and forums where people become uninformed and pass on the wrong information.  If you have some experience doing this, or have work experience with CAIPS files please help.  Thanks!
