Looking for the suggestions for follwoing quesiton from Suraj ,

2) Is it possible to send my wife to Delhi along with my passport and an authority letter from myself to allow her to carry my passport. If she goes to the Canadian Commission Delhi personally on my behalf, how much time does it take for visa stamping and for my wife to return with the stamped passport.

You can only communicate via post/fax or email with CHC New Delhi this is with my personal experience. You cannot visit yourself or send your passport with an authority letter. All packages at New Delhi are to be send my mail or courier and they are delivered at Gate No.2 High Commission of Canada, New Delhi
