Folks - I am planning to go to Chicago on 29 and 30th and wanted to apply for my Canada visa. My WP expires in Oct 2011. Will they give me the 10 year multiple visa (as declared today) to visitors from India?

I am currently in Toronto working here on a temporary work permit.
