Dear All,

I just heard that Canadian Government had shelved the Immigration Process of the Candidates from 2004 till 2007. I just heard, it might be the Rumor but need to investigate, I am one of the 2006 candidates. People please try to look into this and help all of us.

wrong

5 applicants of 2007 got thier 2nd update in aug and sep , 2 of them just got the caips note (in oct) with medical maild - note

so pls tell us where did u get this from

I dont see any reason why the applicants of 2004-2007 wouldnt not file a case challenging the reasons for the delay in a Canadian Federal court. applicants of that slot should form a group and file the case. enough waiting for them

If they file a case and win then M1 applicants will be in a very miserable condition and may have to go at the end of line  Sad

this is not true. i am an 2006 applicant. i have got MR in july. PPR in september and submit in October, 2011. waiting for visa. so dont listen to those people and pray to Almighty.
