To Borgy, i guess you dont need PDOS seminar if "you already get an OEC" in our consulate ofis.

ay umuwi ka na ba? anyway sa pagkakaalam ko, you don't need pdos anymore kahit pa new employer na ang papasukan mo kasi valid yun ng 5 years.(saka the same lang naman sasabihin nila sa seminar-alam mo na yun! )... all you need to have is the OEC.
