You can try for investor class Quebec, says here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/03c-investor-que.asp#asia
average in New Delhi is 7 months. You can find Quebec immigration at
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/businesspeople/index.html
to see if you qualify.
Some of the other provinces also have investor/business classes and you can look at them here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp
The federal investor class is currently closed for renovations, see
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/business/investors/index.asp
and besides it has a long processing time.

Hi,
I am exploring my options in the investor category in Manitoba PNP. I wanted to know the timeline and is it mandatory to go for exploratory visit before applying?
Regards.

Why not direct your questions to MB PNP directly? If you go to their business page at
http://www.gov.mb.ca/ctt/invest/pnp-b/index.html
you will see a phone number, fax number, email address. They should be able to tell you more about their requirements than anyone here.
