Canada PR seeking H1b stamp

I have received my Canadian permanent residence this year.I need to get my H1B renewal stamp. I got my first H1B stamp from my home country.Please suggest if it is advisable to get my H1B stamp from Canada or should I travel to my home country? Thanks.

My friend says that if the Canadian consulate is not able to validate indian documents they can send you back to your home country. Does it matter if I have a canadian PR? Please advise. Thanks

I was trying to that while my landing. But hard to get an appointment. And nowadays its risk factor.
