By "rotating strike" I understand the employees work and deliver mail some days and then strike some other days ...

Does that mean that our mail would keep getting delivered albeit slowly?

My USA DMP might have mailed out my medicals by USPS which I assume would connect to Canada Post in order for it to be delivered to Ottawa. Now I'm worried I should have asked them to use some other delivery company like DHL, FedEx etc

I'm fine with slow delivery. What I'm worried is my medicals not being delivered at all during the strike.
