CIC requested the above from me , as I have studied in Canada from 1985-88.
Does anyone has similar experience to share - i.e. the procedure to get it.

I am now in HCMC. Get my set of fingerprints via the local police and send
it to Ottawa for verification? Thanks.

In excess of 120 days(4 months) wait after submission
to get the Canada PCC!
