www.cic.gc.ca and read a little bit more. Surely you'll have other not-as-obvious questions after reading a bit.
Just to give you some starter food for thought: the process takes a few years. A great scenario, that I'm sure others will qualify as too optimistic, would be getting your visa in 24 months.
There are too many posts talking about English proficiency tests to write more than this sentence.
Getting a job in Canada without being permanent resident is no walk in the park - possible, but rare. Search posts for that too.
Do you need to move before a certain date after you get your visa? Yes, before your medical expires. But I sense that doesn't help you yet.
I think the moral of the post is, don't sell anything just yet. And go do some reading.
