I planned to migrate to canada by the end of this year. I planned to go with a temporary Resident Visa and thereafter extend my stay.

Can anyone tell me how many times i can extend my stay while in canada. I plan to deliver my second babay in canada next year.

Any advise please

When you say migrate, do you mean live as a permanent resident?

If you just want a TRV, each extension of stay is viewed on its merits.

I assume that you are aware that as a visitor you do not get access to free healthcare.

You cannot use a TRV to live in Canada permanently.
You need to meet certain conditions to become a permanent resident.

Is someone sponsoring you? Do you have job offer? Do you have family in Canada?
Have you read the information about immigration at the CIC web site?
