I have a gf in Canada, How old can marry at least? but don't need to get parents' permission.
and where can i regist?

18+ can marry without the parents permission, and you can contact any of your religious center or city hall to obtain the marriage certificate (which cost $125 in ontario (as far i know hehe) ) and register to the clerk in city hall
