Canada Immigration

Dear Si/Madam,

I want to get immigration on skilled base. I have done Masters in Computer Science(16 years of education) a year before and now I have been workign as Java Developer in software house for one year. Previously I did Bechelor in Commerce (14 Years) in 2002 and then working on different position(Accoutn Assistant, Manager) about 5 Years. Now I want to clarify the following questions for assessment. as I have come to know that I have to qualify 67 points out of 100.

1. I have completed 16 years of education up to masters. I have also completed six month English Shorthand course and six month Computer Typing/drafting courses in 1998-1999. How much I can get points in education category.I also did 6 months computer course in 1998.

2. My experience is in different position. How much points can I get from experience. though I have one year computer programming experience and previously about 5 years working as Accounts Assistant, Asst. Manager, manager) in an industrial engineering firm.

4. Is IELTS is necessary for immigration. My 16 years of education medium was in english and I can speak write english moderately.
