I am filing my case through consultant and consultant was asking me to show properties in your name as well, I am having property in my name and i dont mind to show it, buti want your answers, what would be the impact by doing this.
Pls help.
Consultant is seems to be very good in Delhi.

In addition to the required liquid funds as per the CIC norms, if you own real estate that can be sold to augment your settling expenses, I think that might make your case more secure in terms of settlement funds. But, you must have liquid funds in your bank to show...

What would be the impact? As far as I know, there is no impact. They are asking you to list your funds and properties for the application so you do, just like you list all your past addresses, jobs etc.
