Hi Canada_dream,

Please see my answer to JUNER 2011  above.

Wilson thank you very much for opening my eyes.... I was not aware of this.... I have a question, please share your knowledge on that too...

I am working with a Canadian IT company, they are having off shore office in India (my native country). They may send me to India for say 6-8 weeks for team management (on company expenses & I would continue to get salary in Canada & paying my taxes) - so in that case that period won't be counted while applying for Citizenship ?

If not, then I should restrict my frequent official visits to India in future ?

Please advice....

regards...

Hi Dear All

I would like to know that an applicant who already got PR in skilled worker category and landed in toronto. His parents got visit visa to stay with him. Can the parents apply for a super visa while being there(in toronto) on a visit visa?

If you are working offshore for Canadian employer, you offshore period will be considered as canadian and hence there will be no breaks.
