Does anyone know if I am able to contact the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)? My husband is waiting for his PR but the embassy keeps telling us that they are still awaiting verification from Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). He had his security interview in Feb. and they had to verify the info through CBSA, so I wanted to contact them to see if they have completed the verification. Is it smart for me to contact them or will that hurt us? Thanks for any info.
