Hey everybody I have a question:

Can you sponsor your cousin like a Family Class Sponsorship or something like that so he could come to Canada?

Any answer appreciated...

You can't sponsor a cousin under Family Visa Class, but you can invite/sponsor him to visit Canada on a Visitor Visa. 

Once in Canada, if he is in an occupation which is in high demand, he can meet prospective employers, work out some arrangement for a work visa, leave Canada and apply for Work Permit in course of time in his native country.
