Can you give the list of companies in Canada or in Vancouver that can give LMO to IT Professionals?Huh?

I m MCA having more thn two years of experience as Computer Hardware and Network Engineer

There would not be any such list. You may have to apply to IT companies located in Canada and if they require you they will get LMO.  Chances of such LMO is very remote as the employers would find a better bet with an applicant who is already in Canada .
