can a person apply under saskatchewan pnp student post graduate category even though he/she have not studied there...what if someone graduates from ontario and move to saskatchewan and work there for 6 months...can he/she apply?

NO. You have to go to one of the Universities/Colleges in Saskatchewan.

NO!, because if you look at SNIP it says the student should be graduate from a canada post secondary institution..Tongue
