i have palnned to land toronto in sep 2011 and return back to my home country in dex 2011
(after completing landing process and PRC card)
then we go again  2012 on permanent basis. At that time i will sell some of my properties
in my home country . can i take that money to canada by declaring that how i earn that money?
(one person told me that i cannot take that money to canada after first landing)
please clarify

 Cheesy Canada won't stop any PR bringing money for settlement in Canada. You should check with a tax consultant in Canada whether you will have to show it in the tax return and also  will you be liable for paying any tax for the foreign income  you are going to bring later.
