Aries,

If what you are asking is if you can request more time when they send medicals to do FBI clearance you shouldn't. Usually VO gives you 60 days for medicals and FBI. Yes you are right that FBI takes close to 90 day.  From what I have seen, the truth is that you indirectly request more time. What a lot of people do is take fingerprints and mail them via FedEx (or similar) and send proof to the VO with a cover letter explaining that they have been requested and current processing times are approx. X days.

In my case I will try to guess when I will receive MR and request them just in case (I submitted one a year ago)

Hope this helps
Rod

Yes, What I am asking since FBI takes about 3 months to send it back to us. It is not possible to submit within 90days which is time given from Canadian Immi. Process. Hence, what is the workaround for this !!! So I am asking If I submit my Schedule A/Additional Family Info Form and RPRF etc now. Also, Medicals are send directly to Consulate from the Physician...and Consulate receives all the documents for our file one at a time. Ineach case they will not receive all documents together.

If I submit my Forms & RPRF and later FBI to the Consulate when I receive them is it okay?

It's ok, Your DMP will send your medical exam report.
you have to send RPRF fees & forms, explain VO why you are not going to submit FBI report at this time that you applied for FBI report and FBI report will take time so, write small note in seperate page & mentioned tracking number of post or courrier to VO when you.

The safest bet is to apply the FBI immediately and then keep a copy of the finger printing cards, the courier (UPS/USPS/FEDEX) receipts with you. Send the copies along with a cover letter to the VO mentioning that you have already applied for FBI records as per the request but since the time frame is long you are attaching proof of the same as reference.
Pay the RPRF fees, Additional Family info and the medical request form will be send directly by the DMP to the Consulate.

Hope this answers your question.
