Hi friends... i was also thinking about the rating part.... then thought to myself this is not a place to rate and get rated... this is a forum where we can give (share info) and take (learn and update ourselves) as much as we can.

Most of the forum members are really helpful and from my personal point of view i have learnt a great deal from this forum.

no doubt at all that this forum is  a wonderful place..it has given me  lot of support and confidence.. i just wanted to know..to whom did i hurt ..want to know the mistake committed at my end......

I was sailing in the same boat as yours when I realised that this forum is meant to make good friends, extend help as much as possible and in the process learn from other's experiences !

I am facing this peculiar problem with the forum....can anyone please help as I am unable to start a new topic..I am given the error "Forbidden 403"
