hi guys i just have a question and hoping that someone can help me answer this question,,,

i am in a sex relationhip,,my partner is canadian citizen and we have been living for 2 years and decided thats its time go on with the sponsorhip but the big problem is that he didnt file f his TAX for almost 4 years so we dont have the option c print out right now and thats the only document we are missing now....we are thinking fo submitting his paystubs along with the application as a substitute of the option c print out just to show that my partner never had gone bankrupt or on welfare...

is there anyone here who are in the same situation before and still got approve,,please help me guys coz we dont know what to do now,,we dont wanna postpone submitting our application as we have waited long enough already...

do you think guys can we still go ahead and send the application..

Why hasn't he filed his taxes?

We proceeded without it, but my husband (the Canadian) has been living in the US for 13 years... and that is why he didn't.

We filed our application without the Option C printout for my Husbands taxes.  Instead we sent 12 month's worth of payslips, and a letter from his employer stating what his job was and how long he's worked there.

Prior to filing the application, I'd heard people say that the application would be returned if it didn't include the Option C printout, but our application has been in process since December 2010, and it hasn't been returned.

I didn't include the Option C has I've been living overseas for the last three years. I did mind you include my corporate tax returns for that period just to show I was solvent and would be able to support my family in Canada when we returned. It did not cause us any issues with the process
