can we change Noc

my application was refused because i earned 63 points. Can i change Noc of previous experiences to gain extra points while doing a new application.

YOU MUST HAVE TO LOOK NOC CODE, AND IF YOU HAVE ATLEAST 1YEAR EXPERIENCE SINCE YOUR LAST 10YEARS JOB EXPERIENCE DUTIES, THAN YOU CAN APPLY WITH NEW APPLICATION. NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
