Get a new visa before your old one expires? The girl I'm talking to doesn't have hers yet but she has to go back on aug 6th. The next time she can come would be at the end of oct. The visa would obviously expire before then, but I'm worried she won't have enough time to get a new one once the old one expires.

FSW=federal skilled worker - QSW=Quebec skilled worker
AEO=arranged employment offer - LMO=labour market opinion

A visitor visa? She doesn't have to leave, she can apply to extend it.

lol yeah sorry, I just figured it out. It's a single entry so she'll be able to get another in time for oct. and even if she couldn't come now it doesn't expire until 2012, so we're good
