HI Dear Forum
I and my wife profession both of them falls under new occupation list which make both of us eligible to apply as principal applicant.

However i m preparing my application considering myself as prinicipal applicant.

My question -1)In the same application package can my wife also apply ""As a Principal Applicant"" so that in worst scenario if they do not consider me then instead of rejecting my application,my wife could be a principal applicant and we stand a chance through atleast by means of one profession.?

2)Is there any other way that in my application  I can make my wife profession count as well with some points so that we stand a better chance.?

one application- one principal applicant only, rest would be dependent(s). You can start another parallel application having ur spouse as principal applicant, only dent would be on ur purse.

And you can always add points for your spouse qualification to your application. If you are getting more than 67 point, then why worry? Go ahead and apply.

actually theres no really space for that code, i just mentioned it as a spouse in my schedule 1 background/declaration under personal history (details of my activities which I worked as a NOC 3152). hope they noticed & hoping theres advantage of having 2 eligible NOCs both PA & spouse in one application. just write it & theres no harm in mentioning your spouse NOC code....and hoping they will acknowledge it.

We decided my hubby will be the PA since his working experience is more than 10yrs in his NOC.

Hope this helps....
