Can students apply from london for immigration to canada?

Yes Aashish you can apply any time, unless Canada stops immigration. But if you have required points, they why waite!

For about the 8thousandth time, it is ADMITTED for 1 year, not stay for 1 year for OP to apply to London.  For example if s/he arrived 01/01/07 and was ADMITTED as a student until 01/01/08 he could apply 15 minutes after being admitted.  But if s/he arrived 01/01/07 and was admitted as a student until 30/01/07, s/he could NOT apply in London.
