I'm wondering what the rules are for a Sponsored Spouse? I'm responsible for his well-being for 3 years. He is working now but if he lost his job would he be entitled to Unemployment Insurance like others who have paid into the system?

Absolutely. If he's worked enough hours and been paying into the system he is entitled to the benefits should he require.
