Hi

My child's father was deported from Canada 6 years ago.  I am going to guyana to marry him and need to know if i can sponsor him to come back to Canada.  When he was deported he was a landed immigrant of Canada

It depends on the reason he was deported and he will require Ministerial consent to return.  It will be tough.
