[color=green]Dear forum members!

    I'm so upset that Pre June FSW applicants processing time prolonged for more than 2 years due to some reasons...
So I would like to  know can I at the same time to apply as Quebec applicant in order to save time.

If I can i wont to improve my French and pass exams....
