Can an immigrant migrated under PNP category, can change the province after landing in Canada?

sorry bendjoe... as per what i heard from Alberta there is no such rule atleast in for H1B SRS

you can change province as long as you land in that province and TRY to settle there,if It doesnt work out,you can move on
