Hello,

My H1 visa was not extended in US during 2002 .Bush's guest worker
program was failed.Can I apply for canadian immigration from US by
staying overstay here ? Do any one have some solution can you
please help me ?

yes, you can apply but not from baffalo because you need an legal status to process you application from USA. you can apply from canada immigration office or ambassy in your country. you can send the application by mail or you can hire an attorny. and if you are lucky, you will receive an intervew wiver

Check out this if you have legally stayed for 1 year you can apply for Canada. The best lawyer to my knowldge is David Cohen on this site itself. Just explain your case and he will guide you. Good luck my friend.
