Would you be eligible for permanent resident or carry you family with you if approved?

That really depends on the province.  Every province has its own specific labour shortage.  For example, BC will nominate Long Haul Drivers and Food processing workers and others as part of Entry Level Semi Skilled Pilot program (ELSS) assuming they are qualified according to the regulations of ELSS.

Assuming you are eligible for PNP, then you may apply for PR under PNP.  In Canadian Immigration, you always apply as a family, regardless whether or not your spouse or dependent children want to come to Canada.  If your spouse and/or children are inadmissible, it is highly unlikely that your PR will be accepted.

here is a link to the eligibility of PNP of all the provinces.
