Hello,
I was searching on the forums, but did not find an exact answer to this question. I have submitted the request for India PCC in the Consulate in New York.

1. If they do not send the PCC on time (wrt. 120 days timeline), can I get the PCC from India?
2. Also, if I get it from India, then will the Canadian Embassy in Buffalo accept it as I currently live in US, but got it from India?

Thanks!

dhir,

i am truly bugged with your query.

what do u mean by getting the pcc from india? what do u mean by getting it within the time (120 days)?

All PCCs are provided by the Indian Consulate ONLY. ur application doesn't go anywhere. they do a formal check, mostly thru ur supplied docs, wait for a set period of time (usually 3 weeks) to get any reply from your home stn (city) AND give u the PCC on the Congendia Letter Head itself.

so, where's the worry ?
