Can NOT provide PCC from Dubai......... :(

Hi People,

I have a very stright forward question and I am looking for the quick answers...

What should an applicant do if he can not provide a PCC from Dubai. (Please Dont ask me Why). The Applicant has already done medical and now in an Ideal Condition waiting for PPR.

FYI: CIC london has already asked for the PCC form UAE.

well

i got it from Abu dhabi (UAE) it was very easy and simplified procedure. But im not sure about dubai !

However, you can write the reason to VO for not getting PCC and if your explanation (with supporting documents) is reasonable according (depends on your case) to him, then there is possibility.

If they have asked you specially after the medicals then there is some solid reason behind it thats why they are asking for it. If you cant provide them then you must have some solid reason for that and mention it to them rest is upto the visa officer either they will do the checks by there own way which could take more time or they can simply refuse the visa if they have doubts about your stay in Dubai.

Unless you have a valid reason which you can substantiate, you may risk not getting the visa.
