i m new immigrant and landed 5 months before and i dont have any job, can new immigrant take morgage loan for house about 3k for 35 years (if i pay 5% down payment)

I hav eonly 5 months credit history by credit card. can i take morgage for my house and buy house

Hi

Since you are paying only 5% down payment you will need to show the proof of income and you dont have job so wont be able to get the home loan, the only way for you is to pay 35% down payment in that case you wont have to show the proof of income.

3k = $3000 or do you mean $300'000?

If you have no job, please do not get a mortgage.. even with a job think twice..It is a looooong committment..
