I have a work permit for 2 years and my wife has a vistor visa with the same time as me. So can I apply to change her visa to worker and how can I do?

1.  Only if your job is NOC level A, B or O.  Application is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/extend-worker.asp
