Someone in my family is interested in emigrating to Canada! She applied initially, under the Skilled Worker Category, showing an experience of 2 years! Her application was accepted on that basis! But while turning in the papers in support of her last 10 years of employment history-for the second round of approval-the company is citing more than 2 years of experience-her company says, she was actually appointed for more than 2 years-at the time of application and previously they only give a truncated version of her employment status-post graduation! Actually, this is the situation-as it exists on the ground-and all the papers which have been furnished by her company, point to the truth that she was actually working for her company since her student days-even before graduating! Now my question is will she get points for her additional experience which has now jumped up from 2 years to 5 years! Her papers for second round of approval are due at the end of the month! Thanks in advance!
