Please someone tell me how I should do.

My current work permit is going to expire very soon. Therefore my employer's HR has tried to get a new LMO 3 months ago but it was denied. Now the HR is going to apply it again.
But my concerning is my last LMO was under low skill pilot project which I am not allowed to get a new LMO, after have worked for 24 months. I must return to my home country for 4 months before to apply a new LMO. That the HRSDC site says. However at the CIC site says, I can apply to extend WP before my current WP expired. Also the HR said same thing. But I felt the HR may have lack of some informations when I was talking her because she didn't know what the pilot project was.
Do I misunderstand at the CIC site? OR do I have hope to get LMO also WP? And  one more question about e-LMO, does it affect for only new FWs?

If someone will answer me I really apriciate you.

Thank you.

Low Skill work permit, you have to go home for 4 months, your work permit will not be extended with a new low skill LMO>
