Hi,

1. Not as per your choice; there MUST be a provision for deferral under your program rules.
2. It's of NO USE to submit 'letter of deferral' voluntarily to the CHC. You must wait for the call.

1. You won't be allowed to enter at port of entry, Canada. You need a valid LOA to enter Canada.
