hi everyone,
I hv been in Canada since one year|(2010) on study basis. I got married in feb,2011 and I want to call my spouse at here, who is in my home-country.
I hv checked all the information on canada's website but I did not get any information.
If anybody knows or whose cases are solved please help me what should I do?

Yes, s/he can apply the forms are on the Immigration web site responsible for the country where she lives.  See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions.asp  But if she can't prove a close connection to her home country, travel history, and proof of funds to support in Canada, then there is not much of a chance.
